Class Descriptions:

*Hatha Yoga Flow & Level I/II Yoga-Class designed for ALL Levels to enjoy. Focus on postures, breathwork, and relaxation/meditation. Stretch your body and expand your mind!! 75-90minutes

*Vinyasa Yoga (Flow)-Vinyasa meaning "Linkage/connection" synchronizes movement with the breath. Flow into each posture with grace, strength and poise. Class for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Level students.

*Kundalini Yoga-All levels can experience the power of Kundalini Yoga! Each class involves kriyas(Cleansing Process),postures, movement, sound, and meditation to awaken the "Kundalini"-(serpent power) energy within.

*Yoga Mommies and Baby and ME Yoga (Baby Om)! (Registration and dates to be determined. Call 631-295-6937 for more info)
*Yoga Mommies-For Expectant mothers or new mothers (up to 1 year postpartum). This class is for all levels and teaches mommies breathing exercises, yoga postures and relaxation techniques beneficial during and after pregnancy. A beautiful way to connect with your baby. *Baby & Me Yoga (Baby Om)-Incorporate your baby into your practice. A great way to get back into shape while connecting to your baby and offering your little one the gift of yoga. For infants and toddlers.

*Sadhana Chi Yoga-This class offers a MIXED-POT of yoga. Start your weekend off with a blast of Yoga!! Styles offered: Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Partner, Power and Kundalini Yoga!! For all levels to enjoy.

*Belly dancing- This ancient art of movement is guaranteed to awaken the goddess within. Class emphasis on the basic belly dancing movements, choreography, and veil/zill work. Bring or wear something you feel beautiful in!! ALL LEVELS. *Also the ancient prenatal and postpartum workout*

*Belly dancing Basics-This class is for all levels. Each session will focus on "basic" belly dancing movements. Learn how to isolate movements and master your shimmy.

*Kripalu Yoga-This beautiful and spiritual class is also known as "the yoga of the consiousness." Class will include: asana (postures/poses), pranyama (breathwork), and chanting. Great for all levels.

*Restorative Yoga-Restore and renew your body from the inside, out with Restorative Yoga. A slow paced, relaxing class which utilizes props and pillows to support the body. Melt away tension and leave class in a blissful state. This class is for all levels and is great for beginners, seniors and Prenatal students.

*Pilates-Pilates which is pronounced "Pu-LA-teez, was developed in the 1920s by the late Joseph H. Pilates, to help lengthen and strengthen the body. Reshape your entire body and increase strength, stamina, and energy!! All levels.
